Vizeum people are different from traditional media people. We mix a broad range of backgrounds  and skills with media expertise across every kind of channel to help us come up with fresh solutions.

We believe that senior people, prepared to be hands-on with client business can make the most difference more quickly.  We operate within wholly open-plan offices for maximum collaboration across our specialisations, with media partners and our clients.

Grant Millar, Managing Director, UK

Grant Millar

Grant is Managing Director of Vizeum UK, supporting the efforts of the wider team across all the UK clients.  Grant joined Vizeum in 2005 after 7 years as BT’s Head of Planning & Media.  Client experience has made Grant passionate about Vizeum being a point of integration across our clients’ business with roster agencies and media owners.  Collaboration is as important a characteristic of the agency as delivering phenomenal media value, a digital perspective, innovation, great thinking and rigorous results-focused plans.

Robert Veltman, Digital Director, Netherlands

Robert Veltman

Now more than 10 years at Vizeum Netherlands working across clients within the finance, luxury, electronics and entertainment categories getting the most out of the rapidly developing media convergence for our clients.

Katja Brandt, CEO, Germany

Katja Brandt

Appointed Managing Director of Vizeum Germany in 2005, Katja has a broad range of experience on both agency and client side. She began her career in product management at Benckiser Germany in Ludwigshafen before becoming head of marketing and communication at Europcar in Hamburg where she was promoted to Managing Director in 2000. Before joining Vizeum, Katja spent 3 years at Optimedia.

Roxanne Lomas, Managing Partner, UK

Roxanne Lomas

Roxanne is the FMCG expert within the agency having had experience running the Beiersdorf, Coca-Cola and Heinz accounts within Aegis.  Her understanding of the FMCG client’s world was enhanced by a 6 month stint as Head of Media at Coca-Cola, having been asked to cover our key contact’s maternity leave.  Her key strengths are running portfolio pieces of business, understanding the sometimes difficult trade relationships and driving strategy and insight through to execution. She is currently a board planning director at Vizeum.

Thomas Le Thierry, President, France

Thomas Le Thierry

Thomas has spent his full career in the media industry, including 3 years on the client side (Colgate), and 17 years in different media agencies with local, regional and international responsibilities. Thomas shares his time between client global leadership and local agency management.

Claudia Pacitti, Managing Director, Belgium

Claudia Pacitti

Has over 15 years experience working years on big name clients such as L’Oréal, Nestlé, Martini, Telenet, 20th Century Fox, Alken Maes, Pernod Ricard and General Motors.

Andy Parr, International Strategy Director, Global

Andy Parr

Over 14 years of strategy experience working in media agencies and for 3 years running own consultancy.  Has the strategy lead on a a number of key international Vizeum clients.

Tanya Schreuder, Joint Managing Director, South Africa

Tanya Schreuder

Schreuder and Richard Procter launched Vizeum South Africa in 2007. Before joining Vizeum, she was one of the founding directors of Nota Bene Johannesburg, and helped set up the office and grow the group’s business, and was group media director for FCB were she developed the Integrated Channel Planning tool (which helped facilitate true channel planning) and Lifeslice (which offered slices of insights into markets), for maximum results.

Marcia Bruns, Client Service Director, Netherlands

Marica joined Vizeum in 2003 and has over 15 years of experience. Marcia brings a wealth of experience to the Vizeum Netherlands team having worked for all kind of clients within the FMCG, Automotive, Finance, Luxury goods, Beauty, Travel and entertainment categories.

Simon Leitner, Managing Director, Czech Republic

Simon Leitner

Marketing and communication professional with over 19 years experience handling both international and local clients within the creative and media agencies.  Joined Vizeum in 2006 as Managing Director.

Anna Schneider, Director Strategic Planning, Germany

Anna Schneider

Integrating the consumer and brand perspective into media-strategy development. Joined Vizeum as consumer insight and brand specialist in 2008 for brands like Warsteiner, Bongrain, BPI or Commerzbank.

Hugh Semple, International Business Director

Hugh Semple

With 14 years media industry experience, 10 of these years being spent managing International accounts across FMCG, fashion, finance, electronics and pharmaceutical clients. These have ranged from multi market accounts to regional accounts to global accounts.
