Role OverviewCamelot are one of Dentsu’s most important & Vizeum’s biggest clients. With its importance to our business, we have built an integrated One Camelot team that brings together the best of our talent to deliver exciting and innovate campaigns for The National Lottery.Camelot were awarded the licence to run The National Lottery in May 1994 and continues to do so to this day. Their mission is a simple one, one ‘to change lives’’. As the operator of The National Lottery, they are a company like no other – a commercial organisation that raises billions of pounds every year for the public good. The overarching objective is to maximise returns to Good Causes through selling National Lottery products in an efficient and socially responsible way. This involves creating, marketing and promoting new games; developing and running The National Lottery’s infrastructure; providing services for players and winners; and working in partnership with retailers.The RoleAs the Digital Client Partner, you will be accountable for the overall direction and output of our digital planning across Camelot. You will lead a team of 10+ specialists across digital strategy, display (inc. programmatic), paid social, paid search and app.Forming part of the ‘leadership trio’ on the business you will work alongside the Comms Client Partner and the Strategy lead to shape our relationship with Camelot, create award winning work and deliver long term commercial growth.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Leadership | Lead the digital narrativeThe digital client lead and main point of contact for the Head of Digital as well as the acquisition and retention leads at Camelot.Active management of the digital client relationship and client satisfaction (measured through CRR). To be delivered through weekly contact meetings with the leads to talk through bigger projects (i.e. digital roadmap development) and deal with any account challenges. The Work | Best in class integrated digital planningWorking closely with your leadership peers to deliver strategic planning back to Camelot alongside the creative agency and ensure an integrated approach to digital that is fully aligned to the business strategy.Responsible for managing the co-ordination of all digital activity to ensure excellence in both brand & performance activity and extracting maximum value through integration & alignment of all digital channels.Ensure best in class ways of working and processes between teams. Ensure integrity in all activity we do to mitigate any potential errors which can cause a breach for Camelot.Responsible for digital thought leadership for Camelot, developing and actioning a longer term holistic digital & tech roadmap & vision for them aligned to their business goals.Always an eye on the future, driving innovation & efficiencies across all digital The Team | Development and excellenceOverall responsibility and accountability for the output of the team; from the depth of channel briefing, the quality of the digital media plans and the level of insight and analysis into reporting and PCAs.
